How To Make Regular Crêpes
No breakfast is complete without hot stacks of delicious pancakes! You may not be a morning person now, but with our yummy pancake recipes you certainly will be! There’re easy recipes for all kinds of different pancakes. We have thick and thin pancakes and ones with fruits like blueberries and banana. Don’t forget fluffy, Japanese-inspired pancakes! Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings/fillings: Nutella, fresh fruit, whipped cream, savory fillings (e.g. cheese, ham, spinach)
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined.

Gradually pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture, whisking constantly until a smooth batter forms.

Whisk in the melted butter.

Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl it around to coat the bottom evenly.

Cook the crêpe for about 2 minutes, until the edges start to lightly brown and the center is set.

Flip the crêpe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crêpes on a plate as you go.

Serve the regular crêpes warm, folded or rolled, with your desired fillings or toppings.
