How To Make Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.

Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve the pumpkin pancakes warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
