How To Make Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter or oil for frying
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the milk, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings such as sliced bananas, peanut butter, or maple syrup.
