How To Make On-The-Go Berry Pancake Muffins

- 2cupsflour
- 2tspbaking powder
- ¼tspsalt
- 2eggs
- 1½cupsmilk
- 2tbspmaple syrup
- 2tbspbutter,melted
- 2tbspchocolate chips
- 12raspberries
- ¼cupblueberry
- ½banana,sliced
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add in the eggs, melted butter, and maple syrup. Whisk.

Add in the milk and whisk until all the ingredients are incorporated.

Evenly distribute the batter in a 12-cup nonstick muffin tin. Top with fruits and chocolate chips.
