How To Make Nutella Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- Nutella, for filling
- Butter or oil, for cooking
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil to the pan.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until cooked through.

Remove from the pan and let cool for a minute.

Spread a generous amount of Nutella on one side of each pancake and fold in half to create a half-moon shape.

Serve warm and enjoy!
