How To Make Homemade Pancake Mix

Pancakes are the breakfast essential everyone loves. With this homemade pancake mix, you will get the perfect breakfast everyday.

Ingredients

  • 4cupsall-purpose flour
  • 3tbspbaking powder
  • 2tspbaking soda
  • 1tspsalt
  • 3tbspsugar
  • 1cuppancake mix
  • 1egg
  • 1cupmilk
  • 1tbspmelted butter or oil

Instructions

Pancake Mix:

  1. Combine all ingredients.

  2. Store tightly sealed in a cool dry place.

To Make Pancakes:

  1. Preheat and lightly grease a griddle or pan over medium to high heat.

  2. Combine 1 cup of pancake mix with egg, milk, and butter or oil.

  3. Pour 1/3 cup of batter and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles on the surface of the pancakes have popped.

  4. Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until the underside is light golden.
