How To Make Healthier Basic Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil.

  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and swirl it around to spread evenly.

  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

  5. Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.

  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
