How To Make Healthier Basic Crepes Recipe

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, eggs, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and swirl it around to spread evenly.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges are golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.

Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
