How To Make Green Onion Pancake

In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Stir in the green onions until evenly distributed in the batter.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and spread it out into a thin pancake shape.
Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
Serve the green onion pancakes hot, cut into wedges.
