How To Make Green Onion Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

  2. Stir in the green onions until evenly distributed in the batter.

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and spread it out into a thin pancake shape.

  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

  6. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.

  7. Serve the green onion pancakes hot, cut into wedges.
