How To Make Fluffy Swedish Pancakes Recipe

- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until well combined and smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat.

Ladle about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
