Total: 25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.

  3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes until the edges start to brown. Flip it over with a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on top of each other as you go.

  5. Serve the crepes warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, whipped cream, Nutella, or maple syrup.
