Everyone loves an easy but fun recipe; this is no exception. It seems a little too straightforward to be true, but these 2-ingredient pancakes are as tasty as they are easy. It might not look appetizing at first but it does make a good pancake that is reasonably low in calories too!
It’s not a typical fluffy, round pancake, but it’s really simple to do and you can use any flavor of oatmeal you like. It’s also a great way to use up those oatmeal packets no one ever seems to get around to finishing!

How To Make Easy 2 Ingredient Pancakes
- 1 packet instant oatmeal
- 1 egg
Mix ingredients together and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Spread mixture evenly onto a hot, oiled pan. Make sure the pan isn't too hot so you don't burn your pancakes.
Cook one side at a time until browned and cooked. Serve.
