  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt

Sunny Side Up Eggs:

  • olive oil
  • 2 eggs

Sausage:

Instructions

  2. After mixing the ingredients, heat a skillet to medium heat and pour in the oil.

  3. Pour a third of the pancake batter into the skillet.

  4. Once the bottom of the pancake turns golden brown, flip it over until both sides are cooked. Continue this process until all the batter is used up.

  5. Place the pancakes in the oven or microwave to keep them warm for the time being.

  6. While your pancakes cool, start cooking the sausage links.

  7. To prepare the eggs, begin by wiping the pancake skillet and placing it back on the stove.

  9. Once the skillet turns hot, break two eggs over it. After that, lower the heat and allow the eggs to cook.

  10. When the whites become firm, brush butter over them for flavor. Cook the eggs until they reach your desired consistency.

  11. Once your eggs are done cooking, serve it with your pancakes and sausage. Enjoy!
