  • cupsall-purpose flour
  • 3tbspwhite sugar
  • ½tspsalt
  • 4tspbaking powder
  • 1tbspground cinnamon
  • 2eggs,beaten
  • 1cupmilk
  • 2tbspmaple syrup or homemade corn syrup
  • ¼cupbutter,melted
  • 1tbspvanilla extract


  • 2cupspowdered sugar
  • 2tspvanilla extract
  • 1tbspmilk


  1. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl.

  2. Whisk together until light and airy.

  3. In a second bowl, whisk eggs, milk, maple syrup, melted butter and vanilla extract.

  4. Add in the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.

  5. Heat a lightly buttered griddle over medium low heat.

  6. Using a ¼ cup of ice cream scoop, cook pancakes for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

  7. To Make Icing: Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
