
How To Make Chocolate Cake Pancake
This chocolatey chocolate cake pancake is made with a brownie mix and applesauce then drizzled with vanilla cream soup for a sweeter taste.

Ingredients
- 2cupsBetty Crocker Brownie Mix
- 1tspbaking powder
- 4tbspbutter,melted
- 2tbspapplesauce
- 2eggs,large
- ¼cupbuttermilk
- ¼cupmilk
- 1tspvanilla extract
- vanilla cream syrup,for serving
- 1banana,sliced, or strawberries slices, for serving
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick griddle to 350 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of brownie mix and baking powder. Add in melted butter, applesauce, eggs, buttermilk, milk, and vanilla then stir until combine.

Pour 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto the non-stick griddle.

Cook pancakes for several minutes until tiny bubbles start to appear on the surface, then carefully flip and cook opposite side only about 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Serve warm with Vanilla Cream Syrup or your preferred toppings.
