How To Make Birthday Cake Pancakes
Start your day on a colorful note by whipping up some birthday cake pancakes! They’re easy to make, and takes only 10 minutes to whip up.
Preheat the skillet or griddle to medium-high.
Place the sprinkles in a bowl, then add 1 tablespoon of flour. Toss to coat, then set aside.
Combine the flour, baking powder, and cake mix in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the milk, oil, vanilla and eggs.
Add it to the flour mixture, then stir just until combined.
The batter should still be slightly lumpy. If it’s extremely thick, add a little extra milk to get the right consistency.
Fold in the sprinkles.
Pour ¼ cup of the batter onto lightly greased skillet or griddle.
Once the edges are cooked, flip the pancakes and cook another minute.
Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, and enjoy!
