Banana Split Pancake Bites Recipe

1. Add the dry ingredients and whisk together then add the wet ingredients and combine fully.

2. Heat a pan or griddle on medium-low heat and coat with a small layer of butter.

3. Using a tablespoon measure, use about ¾ of a tablespoon of batter.

4. Cook the pancakes on both sides until lightly browned for about 45 seconds on each side.

5. Cool the pancakes.

Whipped Cream:

1. To make the whipped cream, add the heavy cream and the powdered sugar to a bowl and whip until the cream is firm and holds a peak and keep refrigerated until just ready to use.

Pancake Bites:

1. To make the pancake bites, add one pancake, then a small spoonful of Nutella topped with a sliced strawberry, some whipped cream, another strawberry, a second pancake, a banana slice, and some chopped chocolate chips.

2. Skewer gently, especially with the whipped cream layer.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
