How To Make Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a mini loaf shape.

  4. Place the mini meatloaves onto a greased baking sheet or into a greased muffin tin.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each mini meatloaf.

  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
