How To Make Mozzarella & Prosciutto Panini

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 8 slices of fresh mozzarella
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons of pesto sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a panini press or a grill pan.

  2. Spread pesto sauce on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. Layer mozzarella and prosciutto on four slices of bread.

  4. Top with remaining slices of bread, pesto side down.

  5. Brush olive oil on the outsides of the sandwiches.

  6. Grill the sandwiches in the panini press or grill pan for about 2-3 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
