How To Make Margarita Grilled Chicken Chilis (Copycat)

- 1cupmargarita mix
- ½tspsalt

Instructions

Pour margarita mix over chicken breast and let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

When ready to prepare drain and dust with salt and black pepper to taste.

Grill chicken on medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature hits 157 to 160 degrees F.

Place chicken breast on top of black beans and serve with a serving of Mexican rice and a generous helping of Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
If you do not have a grill use an iron skillet and bring to medium-high temperature and spray an oil coating into the pan and braise chicken breast until done on each side. The chicken should cook for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side.Â
