Yams with Cranberries and Apples Recipe

Add some green apples, cranberries, raisins, maple syrup, and orange juice to jams and get a sweet outcome for a side dish.


This recipe will make your yams more appetizing with the sweetness of cranberries and apples. You can serve this at family gatherings or weekend dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 large yams, peeled
  • 1 green apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup raw cranberries
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Cut peeled yams into ½ inch chunks and spread in a large baking dish.

  2. Top with apples, cranberries, and raisins.

  3. Sprinkle with maple syrup and orange juice.

  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
