  • 4 trout fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 4 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Place the trout fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.

  4. Place the lemon slices and fresh thyme on top of the fillets.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
