  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Brush the grouper fillets with olive oil.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Rub the spice mix onto the grouper fillets.

  5. Place the fillets in a baking dish and top each with a slice of lemon.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the grouper is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
