
How To Make Baked Pollock
Have a morsel of this baked pollock recipe. Delicate and flaky pollock baked with herbs, sour cream, and parmesan for a simple and elegant meal.
Ingredients
- 4 oz pollock fillets
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped, or to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1⁄3 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare a baking sheet and cover it with aluminum foil. Spritz it with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle herbs, salt, and pepper to season the fillet. Place the fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl whisk together sour cream, parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Spoon over the sour cream mixture to each fillet.
- Place the fillet in preheated oven and bake for 15 to 25 minutes. Fish should easily flake with a fork when it's done.
