How To Make Baked Sole Recipe

- 4 sole fillets
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place sole fillets in a baking dish and brush with olive oil.

In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through and topping is golden brown.
