  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Spray 4 ramekins with cooking spray and place them on a baking sheet.

  3. Crack 2 eggs into each of the ramekins.

  4. Drizzle 1 tbsp of milk over each ramekin.

  5. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper over each ramekin.

  6. Top each ramekin with 1 tbsp of chopped fresh herbs.

  7. Bake the ramekins in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny.

  8. Serve immediately with toast or crusty bread.
