Ingredients

  • 4 Swai fish fillets
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pat dry the Swai fish fillets with paper towels.

  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly onto both sides of the fish fillets.

  5. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  6. Add the seasoned fish fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
