  • 4 (6oz) perch fillets
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a dish, mix together breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip perch fillets in melted butter then coat with breadcrumb mixture.

  4. Place coated fillets on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
