  • 4 flounder fillets
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a shallow dish, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each flounder fillet into the melted butter, then coat it evenly with the panko mixture. Press gently to adhere the breadcrumbs to the fish.

  4. Place the coated flounder fillets onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown and crispy.

  5. Serve the baked flounder with lemon wedges and your favorite sides.
