Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.

  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped bacon on top.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until eggs are set and cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
