  • 4 pork chops, bone-in
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Using a sharp knife, make a pocket in each pork chop by cutting a slit horizontally through the side. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

  4. Stuff the pork chops with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing down firmly to secure the filling.

  5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. Transfer the seared pork chops to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  7. Remove from the oven and let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.

  8. Serve the stuffed pork chops with your favorite sauce and sides.
