How To Make Stuffed Peppers
Bell peppers have a savory and aromatic flavor that goes well as a backdrop to meat dishes. In this recipe, we are making stuffed peppers with ground beef.

Ingredients
- 1lbground beef
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1yellow oniondiced
- 2clovesgarlicminced
- 1½cupsinstant white rice
- 1cupwater
- 2cupstomato sauce
- 1tbspWorcestershire sauce
- ½tspkosher salt
- ¼tspblack peppercoarse ground
- 1tspItalian Seasoning
- 2cupsbeef broth
- 6bell pepperscut in half through the stem and cleaned
- parmesan cheeseoptional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and heat a large skillet on medium-high heat.

Add in the beef breaking it apart as it cooks then remove it from the skillet and drain the fat.

Add in the olive oil and onions then reduce the heat to medium, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes.

Add in the garlic, rice, water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning along with the ground beef back into the pan and mix it all together.

Add beef broth and the bell pepper halves to a baking dish and fill with the mixture and bake for 60 minutes wrapped tightly with foil.

Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
