  • 5chicken thighs,bone in and skin on
  • 3tbspsoy sauce,low sodium
  • 2tbspwater
  • ¼cupbrown sugar,packed
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tbspginger,minced
  • ½yellow onion,minced
  • ¼tspcrushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix together the chicken, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl.

  2. Let the mixture marinate overnight.

  3. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  4. Bake in the chicken in a baking pan for 30 to 35 minutes or until cooked through.
