  • 2lbschicken legs,skin removed
  • 2tbspolive oil
  • tspground thyme
  • tspgarlic powder
  • 1tspground paprika
  • 1tspsalt
  • 1tspground black pepper
  • 3tbsphoney,raw
  • 3tbspbutter
  • 2tbspsriracha sauce
  • tbspsoy sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

  2. Combine the chicken legs, olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.

  3. Mix in the chicken legs until coated, then arrange on the baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone reads 165 degrees F.

  5. Combine the honey, butter, sriracha sauce, and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then cook and stir for about 5 minutes until the butter is melted and the sauce is smooth.

  6. Pour the sauce into a large bowl. Transfer the chicken from the baking sheet to the bowl using tongs, then toss until coated with sauce.
