How To Make Spinach Rolls

Buttery, cheesy, and easy, try these perfectly baked spinach rolls that are made using 3 kinds of cheese and crescent rolls for tasty afternoon snacks!

Ingredients

  • 10ozfrozen spinach,thawed and drained, chopped
  • ½cupmozzarella cheese,shredded
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • ¼cupcream cheese,softened
  • 1egg,seperated
  • 8ozcrescent rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Mix the spinach, cheese and egg yolk in a medium bowl until well combined.

  3. Open the can of crescent rolls and lay each triangle out on a foil lined cookie sheet.

  4. Spoon a little of spinach mixture onto each crescent triangle and roll up. Brush tops of rolls with egg white.

  5. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy.
