This one sheet pan garlic butter shrimp is a no-fuss dinner meal that’s bursting with tangy flavors that coats plump shrimp and crisp asparagus!

  • 1lblarge shrimp,shelled, deveined
  • 1lbasparagus,cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ¼butter,melted
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1pktMcCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Seasoning Mix
  • 1lemon,sliced, optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly grease a sheet pan and set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and asparagus. Pour the melted butter, olive oil, and lemon juice on top. Sprinkle the seasoning packet on top. Mix until combined.

  3. Spread the shrimp and asparagus on the sheet pan in an even layer. Scatter the lemon slices on top.

  4. Bake for 8 minutes or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
