How To Make Sheet Pan Garlic Lime Salmon Fajitas

This one-pan fajitas recipe is made with zesty and garlic-seasoned salmon fillets and bell peppers, that’s ready in 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4salmon fillets
  • 1yellow bell pepper,sliced
  • 1red bell pepper,sliced
  • 1green bell,sliced
  • 1medium onion,sliced
  • 1pktMcCormick Fajita Seasoning Mix
  • 1lime juice
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • 3tbspoil
  • 1tbspwater
  • fresh lime slices,for garnish, if desired
  • cilantro,chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. On a sheet pan add the salmon skin side down surrounded by sliced peppers and onion.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together the fajita seasoning mix, lime juice, garlic, oil, and water. Spoon over the salmon fillets and pour the rest over the peppers and toss in the sheet pan to coat.

  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the salmon is flaky and the peppers are tender.

  5. Serve with lime slices and chopped cilantro, if desired.
