  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 cups white beans, cooked
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, dried thyme, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Place the pork chops in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.

  4. In a separate pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

  5. Add cooked white beans to the pot and mash them with a fork or potato masher until creamy.

  6. Season the bean mash with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Serve the pork chops on a plate with a generous serving of garlicky bean mash.
