How To Make Pizza Tot Muffins

Savory bites of pepperoni, mozzarella, and marinara encased in a cauliflower mix, makes these pizza tot muffins a uniquely flavorful dish!

  • 1cupmarinara sauce
  • 2eggs,beaten
  • cupmozzarella cheese,shredded, divided
  • ¼cupparmesan cheese,freshly grated
  • ½cupmini pepperoni,divided
  • ½tspdried oregano
  • ½tspgarlic powder
  • kosher salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 32ozGreen Giant Cauliflower Veggie Tots,(2 bags)


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

  2. In a large bowl, combine marinara sauce, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, ¼ cup of pepperoni, oregano, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Toss in tots and mix until evenly coated.

  3. Pack into muffin cups, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and pepperoni.

  4. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until muffins are crispy and cheese is melty.

  5. Cool slightly before removing.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
