  • 3medium zucchinis
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • salt and pepper,to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Cut the zucchinis in quarters, length-wise. Set aside.

  3. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with cooking spray.

  4. Place zucchinis on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle on grated Parmesan cheese. Top with a little bit of salt and pepper.

  5. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Broil for the last 2 minutes until the cheese is more browned.
