  • 2tbspbutter
  • ½lbbacon,cut into small strips
  • 2lbsbrussels sprouts,trimmed
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspground black pepper,coarse
  • 1cupparmesan cheese,shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet on medium high heat until crisp.

  3. Remove the bacon, then add in the butter to melt.

  4. Add the brussels sprouts, then toss in the butter mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Bake the brussels sprouts for 25 to 30 minutes.

  6. Toss well, then top with Parmesan cheese and bacon.

  7. Serve warm, and enjoy!
