
How To Make One Pan Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Broccoli
Enjoy a tasty low-carb meal with this Parmesan-crusted chicken cooked in one pan with seasoned broccoli. It’s topped with cheese baked until melted.

Ingredients
- 2tbspolive oil
- 42ozchicken breasts,(6 pieces), boneless, skinless
- 12ozbroccoli florets,fresh or frozen
- 1tspkosher salt
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- 2garliccloves,minced
- ½cupfreshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼cupfresh parsley,chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a rimmed baking sheet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Arrange the chicken breasts in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Arrange the broccoli around the chicken.

Drizzle the broccoli with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle everything with salt and garlic powder.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken breasts are cooked through and a thermometer inserted in the thickest part registers 160 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine the garlic, Parmesan, and parsley.

Top each chicken breast with some of the mixture. Broil for 3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the broccoli is deeply browned.

Remove the pan from the oven, tent with foil, and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
