How To Make One Pan Fajita Chicken & Veggies

One pan & 30 minutes are all that’s required to make this colorful & delicious fajita chicken and veggies, a perfectly spiced dish with a pop of zestiness.

Total: 25 minutes



  • 4chicken breasts,boneless skinless
  • 4bell peppers,(any combination of red, green, yellow, or orange), chopped
  • 2tbspoil
  • ½onion,chopped, (white or yellow)
  • salt and pepper,to taste
  • 2tsptaco seasoning
  • 1tspchili powder
  • 1tspcumin
  • 1tspgarlic powder
  • 1juice lime,(about 1 tbsp)
  • cilantro,chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces. Combine chicken, peppers, and onions in a large bowl.

  2. Drizzle oil over the top, then sprinkle seasonings over the top. Toss to combine.

  3. Transfer everything to a sheet pan and spread out so that it is arranged in an even layer. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender.

  4. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top. Serve alone or over steamed rice.
