How To Make Mayo Parmesan Chicken

Chicken breasts coated in cheese, pepper, and garlic powder for this parmesan chicken recipe to give it full flavors and a nice, crisp crust.

  • 6chicken breasts
  • 1cupmayonnaise,or 1 non-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
  • cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 1tspsalt
  • ½tsplemon pepper
  • ½tspgarlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Place chicken breasts inside a greased 9×13-inch pan.

  3. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Once well combined, spread over the tops of each chicken breast.

  4. Sprinkle on more Parmesan cheese if desired and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
