How To Make Margherita S’mores

  • 4 graham cracker sheets
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 chunks of milk chocolate
  • 4 fresh basil leaves


  1. Preheat the oven to broil.

  2. Break each graham cracker sheet in half to make 8 squares.

  3. Place 4 squares on a baking sheet and top each with a marshmallow.

  4. Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes, or until the marshmallow is golden and gooey.

  5. Remove from the oven and immediately place a chunk of milk chocolate on top of each marshmallow.

  6. Top each s’more with a fresh basil leaf.

  7. Place the remaining graham cracker squares on top of each s’more to create a sandwich.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
