How To Make Low Carb Parmesan Garlic Chicken

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated the canned kind)
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves (approximately )
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  1. Mix cheese, garlic powder, and salad dressing mix.
  2. Moisten chicken with water, this will help coating to stick to the chicken.
  3. Then coat with the cheese mixture.
  4. Spray shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Place chicken in the baking dish.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Makes six servings.
