How To Make Low Carb Parmesan Garlic Chicken

This recipe will let you enjoy a filling garlic chicken meal without guilt. Low carb recipes are used for this recipe for a healthier option to enjoy your chicken meal.

  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, the canned kind, grated
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast halves, approximately
  • ½ tsp garlic powder


  1. Mix cheese, garlic powder, and salad dressing mix.

  2. Moisten chicken with water then coat with the cheese mixture.

  3. Spray a shallow baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Place chicken in the baking dish.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  6. Makes six servings.
