How To Make Loaded Baked Potato Rounds

Slices of baked potato are topped with bacon and cheese to make a delicious dish that works as a side and a snack. Dip them in sour cream for added flavor.

  • 4medium red potatoes
  • butter,melted
  • garlic salt
  • 5slicesbacon,cooked and crumbled
  • monterey jack cheese,shredded
  • cheddar cheese,shredded
  • sour cream,for dipping


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Begin by washing potatoes and slicing into thin rounds (about ¼-inch thick).

  3. Place potatoes in a pot filled with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and pat dry potatoes.

  4. Place foil on a baking pan and spray with cooking spray. Place potatoes on pan. Brush lightly with melted butter.

  5. Sprinkle on garlic salt, cheeses and crumbled bacon pieces.

  6. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes and serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
