  • 8chicken drumsticks,skinless
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 2tspgarlic powder
  • 1tbspdried oregano
  • 1lemon juice
  • cupfeta cheese,grated


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and lemon juice.

  3. Place in a roasting pan and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center near the bone.

  4. When chicken is cooked through, remove from the oven and sprinkle with feta.

  5. Broil on low for about 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
