How To Make Korean Cheese Corn

Rich and gooey, this Korean cheese corn is a unique snack food that combines two classic ingredients to make one delicious dish.

  • 2 sweet corn kernels, ears, fresh, kernels removed and cobbs discarded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 fl oz mozzarella, shredded
  • tsp. sugar
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir together.
  3. Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until mixture melts and bubbles.
  5. Transfer dish to broiler and broil for 2 minutes or until top is browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
