How To Make Individual Three-Cheese Veggie Quiches
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 pkg pastry dough, refrigerated
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Roll the dough out to the size of your small quiche dishes and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together with salt and pepper, then add tomatoes, spinach, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses; mix thoroughly.

Place the rolled dough in your greased quiche dishes, then pour the mixture into them. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top and bake for 25-35 minutes, depending on the size of your quiche dishes.
