How To Make Half Time Hoisin Chicken Wings
Flavored with ginger, garlic, hoisin sauce, and teriyaki sauce, this recipe for chicken wings is a great appetizer or a light meal for your next game day.

- cooking spray
- ½cuphoisin sauce
- ⅓cuplow sodium teriyaki sauce
- ¼cupbrown sugar
- 2garlic cloves,minced
- 1tbspfresh ginger,grated
- 1tbspchile garlic sauce,or to taste
- 3lbschicken wings,cut apart at joints, wing tips discarded
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Whisk together the hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and chili-garlic sauce in a bowl.

Arrange chicken wing pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Brush chicken with hoisin sauce mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes on each side until chicken wings are no longer pink in the center, basting every 15 minutes.
